By using this website you agree to these terms. If you join as a member, a partner dentist or a corporate partner, the specific plan or partnership agreement you sign will also apply — and takes precedence where the two differ.

DantAssure Bharat is a dental membership and treatment-package programme. It gives members access to verified partner clinics and the treatment packages and benefits described in their plan.

DantAssure is not an insurance product and does not provide indemnity or reimbursement in the manner of an insurance policy. Dental treatment is provided by independent partner clinics and their registered dental professionals, who are responsible for the clinical care they deliver.

To confirm before launch: the exact regulatory description of the product, agreed with counsel, including whether any element requires IRDAI authorisation.

• Memberships run for one year from the date they start, unless the plan says otherwise.
• Benefits activate within 48 hours of enrolment being confirmed.
• Benefits, inclusions and exclusions are set out in your plan document.
• Plan prices are as published at the time you join and are exclusive of GST, if applicable.
• Membership payments are non-refundable. Please review your plan document before enrolling.
• Membership is personal to the member and the family members named in the plan.
• Membership payments are collected through SBI Collect.

To confirm before launch: renewal mechanics, and what happens if a partner clinic leaves the network.

Partner clinics are independent practices that meet DantAssure’s verification standards. They remain responsible for their own clinical decisions, professional registration, and compliance with applicable dental and healthcare regulations.

Partner membership terms, fees and obligations are set out in the partner agreement.

The DantAssure Bharat name, logo, brand elements and website content belong to DantAssure Bharat and may not be used without written permission. Partner dentists may use the DantAssure member logo only as permitted in their partner agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, DantAssure is not liable for the clinical services provided by independent partner clinics.
