Complaints are handled in two stages. Please address your message by designation and write to we@dantassurebharat.com.
- Step 1 — ComplaintConsumer Grievance OfficerAddress your complaint to the Consumer Grievance Officer. Please mark the subject line “Complaint”.
- Step 2 — AppealNodal OfficerIf your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may appeal to the Nodal Officer. Please mark the subject line “Appeal” and quote your reference number.
